Was spoken to abruptly in first consultation over the phone. Being a patient person I ignored this. Went on to have the specialist appointment- all good. Specialist requested I have the test and Gerard said he’d organise it with the Hervey Bay office where I was closest to at that time. (I travel fulltime atm and explained this to Gerard). Two weeks went past - nothing. I had moved on the Brisbane but rang the Hervey Office who said they had heard nothing from the Bundaberg office.
