At first, the customer service was friendly and helpful, which gave us confidence in using this business. However, when it came to receiving results, communication broke down. We weren’t informed that the results were inconclusive until my partner followed up after the estimated wait time for these results. Calling, then emailing. Tim has been very helpful in managing this part of the process. He was even kind enough to arrange an out of hours appointment as I was from out of town.
Tim was great in providing advice on the best option for my sleep apnea which had become a massive concern. He allowed me to trial different masks until we found one that was most comfortable and he adjusted all of the settings on my machine to ensure the temperature was just right, that the air bursts were perfect - he went to a lot of trouble to get things right that I didn't expect as part of the service. Couldn't recommend enough.
Great service. Possibly the best service anywhere for anything. Go and meet the guy and see for yourself.
