Working predominately with women, Healthy Self Fitness offers 1-1 and small group training: - Outdoors - In the comfort of your own home - In a gym environment (Premium PT, Mile End) Our services are designed to be flexible to suit everybody's needs. Services include run coaching for beginners, strength training and circuit training.

Healthy Self Fitness is an Aboriginal owned health service providing a range of services to improve health and wellbeing. For women who are intimidated by the standard gym, Trish provides a culturally safe space to focus on your movement and fitness. She customises training to help you manage injuries while still encouraging you to get the most out of your session. Trish is passionate about what she does and it comes out in her approach. Highly recommended.

Trish is amazing at what she does. I had little to no experience exercising and using gym equipment, and after completing the 10-week program, I have gained so much skills and confidence. 10/10 would recommend her as a PT. She will definitely see me again when I need more sessions.

At age 52 I finally made a decision to try and prioritise my health and fitness. I found Trish nearly 2 years ago now and our sessions are the most positive and enjoyable thing I have done for myself ever. Although there have been breaks in training for different reasons over that time, I have wanted and looked forward to restarting every time. I met Trish online through Instagram in 2020 and straight away started going on trails with Trish. Trish helped me on my fitness journey to lose 20kgs, we have been going on trails once a week since 2020! Trish has the most bubbliest personalities and what attracted me the most to the trails with Trish was the positive feeling for life I would get from being around Trish on the trails.
