He was a wonderful physiatrist so helpful RECEPTIONIST utterly rude 2 days notice to cancel or pay 86$ fee only send the txt one day before if you have 24 hours notice it’s not good enough she was rude costs to much to reschedule if you have a situation come up in advance rip off. Wish the doctors were at a different clinic

Receptionist is so rude. Turns you off completely and the huge late fees if you cancel with 24 hrs notice. Phyciatrist was great though but if something comes up 24 hours in advance they don’t care makes it stressful and worth paying a $86 fee if you cancel with 24 hours notice need 2 days apparently no matter what will say again the dr was helpful but receptionist rude like the other comments I’ve read on here!

I found the receptionist with short, dark brown hair quite rude. I only came to the clinic twice, but each time felt belittled by her, as she was very abrupt and uncaring. I believe the receptionist staff of a mental health centre for help should have compassionate, warm, and patient staff as their forefront. I however found none of these attributes with this receptionist.
