I have been seeing Mi-Yung for over a year and have seen wonderful changes in my overall health and wellbeing. Mi-Yung has helped me with insomnia, seasonal allergies, depression, and arthritis. Most recently I had a debilitating back injury. As a yoga teacher, a dancer, and a lifelong mover I have never experienced a more complicated injury or been so limited physically. Dr. Mi-Yung at Healthy Qi & You is incredibly kind, curious, knowledgeable and worked relentlessly to help alleviate my pain. She has a calming presence about her that makes you feel at peace sharing a deep history about your health problems. Her specialized Accupuncture approach helped alleviate my pain associated with endometriosis and pcos. I always left her office feeling a new sense of optimism and for that I am grateful. Can’t recommend her enough!
