I was experiencing a lot of pain working from home. The customer service was excellent for finding the right chair and set up, and the prices are also very affordable. Highly recommend!
The guy running the store had so much information and really knew what he was talking about. He was super helpful in finding a chair that actually works for my height and the kind of work I do all day. I appreciated how much attention and time he gave and it didn’t feel rushed.
Excellent customer service. I bought a desk and a chair and Raj was very helpful. He showed me all the features of the different chairs and how to adjust them. Raj was very knowledgeable and able to provide insight on the different qualities of the chairs. I highly recommend this store for anyone in the market for a computer chair or desk.

A strange experience. I came here with my girlfriend, who had researched chairs and was looking for one that would suit her needs. At first, the person at the store seemed friendly, we asked him if we could try and sit in the chairs, and he told us we could. Maybe 7 minutes later, when we adjusted the height of a chair, he scolded us for "playing around" and spoke to us in a very demeaning way, demanding that we tell him what we're looking for and stop looking around on our own.
