The owner of this company provides terrible service by hiring incompetent personnel. When you complain, he accuses you of "having an attitude". Clearly he does not understand that in business the customer comes first. There are plenty of companies in Sarasota that can clean a pool. It's not brain surgery that we're talking about here... I would avoid this company if I were you.
