I woke up to a faulty hot water system and called these guys at 8:30am. They gave me a very reasonable quote for a new unit over the phone, and by 10am, Grant was already on-site removing the old system. Despite running into a few unforeseen challenges with my house that made the installation more difficult, Grant remained professional throughout and stuck to the original quoted price—even when I offered to pay more for the extra work.
