Excellent service! My favorite store!
I had purchased two bottles of vitamins online because they were sold out at the store. I finished one and when I opened the second bottle, a capsule had exploded and the entire bottle was defective. Healthy Planet’s policy is 60 day return and it was well over the 60 days. Through a detailed and lengthy process, Jessie - manager, was able to help me talk to another customer service manager to get an in store exchange.
