If you have an Apple or Google device, it's best to go to a vendor who is an authorized repair provider because they will use original parts to fix your device. Unfortunately, they my broke Pixel 7 Pro and its fingerprint scanner while "fixing" my cracked screen. They used a third-party part which didn't work and then gave me the runaround which resulted in me spending more money on fixing it at another location that happened to be an authorized repair provider. Had an old Otter box phone case that needed replacing. I couldn’t get old one off. A nice young lady removed old one and put new one on(that I did not purchase there) without even charging me😀. If I need Phone repairs I know where to go
