Lovely vet who gave my doggie the once over and vaccination. Pleasurable experience
Agree, very friendly ppl and knowledgeable vet's. Good service all around.All the vet's have great knowlege and I would recommend them to anybody. When it became time to put my pet down, Dean came out to my house so I could say my goodbyes in the privacy of my own home. They are kind and caring in ways that touch your heart ❤️.
The staff at Healthy Pets were exceptionally caring during our dog’s diagnosis of aggressive cancer and the following weeks. Our dog instantly loved Dr Dean Bridgfoot, and licked his face, which is unheard of for this dog! He really has a way with dogs and seems to love them. The extremely sad process of having Rover put to sleep when the time came was as peaceful as it could have been and they have a special room for it with a separate entrance so you don’t have to go through the waiting room. My partner had to get our Dog euthanised. These guys were fantastic. very respectful and compassionate and a reasonable price. highly recommended
The warm greeting from lovely receptionist Linda, who went above & beyond to assist. Linda me made me feel comfortable taking my 2 dogs for their annual check up. Dr Ava was so informative and kind during our appointment I look forward to visiting Healthy Pets Castlemaine with my dogs Kardi & Blu again 💙
