Hands down the best vet I have ever been to, I took my cat in for her get spayed and some necessary shots. They were extremely nice and friendly and I didn't have any issues with anything, thank you so much for looking out for my baby and going above and beyond!!!!

My puppy is supposed to have a Neutering appointment on Monday 01/15/24. This appointment was scheduled before Christmas. Ever interaction I have had with your team regarding this procedure has been difficult and under friendly. I was told last week that there were some decisions regarding our procedure we can concern ourselves with the day of the procedure but we will get a call regarding this procedure on Friday to get us ready. On January 24, 2023 we had to take my sons dog in to be put down. We all were just sick over it. We first were checked in and then Jimmy the tech came and spoke to us so rudely and said they had to take Fendi to the back to put in a cath. I have been going to healthy pets in Hilliard for a few years. However, over the last few months service has been terrible. I would not trust their services for any pet. They never called with an abnormal stool sample, two months later I had to bring my dog in since she was sick. Turns out it’s from the worms that have been in her stool that they never called me to take care of. They didn’t even come clean about it till I asked how they diagnosed without a stool sample.... We took our dog there for about a week because we went to Phoenix to look for a house. We left him on a Tuesday. On Friday, I received a call that the dog was vomiting violently (with blood). They wanted to run blood tests ( at a large cost). I told them to give him anti vomiting medicine. I indicated to them that my dog never gets sick and I could not understand why he was sick. I'm beyond sad we took our beloved Abby to this money grubbing, dismissive, uncaring hell hole. She was sick and couldn't keep anything down, vomiting everything - 4-5 times daily - and losing a massive amount of weight. Healthy Pets insisted on keeping her 2 full days, x-rayed her esophogas, gave her fluids, sent us home with 2 anti-nausea drugs and charged us $1200+.
