Absolute worst place! Terrible choice in dog treats! Staff is rude! When I bought the meatballs a couple weeks ago they said I could get my money back if my dog didn’t like them. Nope, just store credit. Ok, that’s fine but it was had to try and shop for treats to make up for the store credit for one there isn’t really any choices, but for two they had all these rabbits near the treats that me and my dog couldn’t even shop. I’ll never go back!

If you use your $15 credit that they gift to you after you spend and spend there, but you need to return the item that you used it one, they will keep the $15 credit. You cannot have it back. They just take it from you… thats quite a shady system. Why would I want to spend money to get a credit and have it taken away and not re-credited when I exchange the purchase?? Terrible customer service in that sense. Makes we want to shop elsewhere.
I called to inquire about options for my dog's dental care, given he is a reactive senior dog and cannot go under anesthesia. Although we concluded that for safety reasons it would be best to not move forward with an appointment (due to his reactivity), I was given great advice on how I can handle the early stages of tartar buildup.
