We had our first appointment last week and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff is great, so nice and took time to answer all my questions and give my girl all the attention. She is only 8 weeks old and for her, this was a great introduction to a happy and healthy vet experience! They made sure she was comfortable and happy. I will forever continue to support and come to this office for as many years as I have animals! Thank you so much team!
Dr. Jenner and her staff are exceptional providers for my pets. I wasn't able to take my indoor feral cats to my usual vet in St. Louis because they would not accept them and Dr. Jenner and her technicians have been amazing with them as well as with all of my pets. Dr. Jenner rescued me when I desperately needed a good vet to spay and neuter my indoor ferals. The Veterinarian was really nice and explained everything to us in detail. The assistant was really nice as well! She made sure that we had what we needed and what our Pup needed as well to recover.
Stay away. find another Vet. This clinic does not care about your furry family member. I should have believed the negative remarks and realized, I wouldn't leave my child under the care of a babysitter w these kind of negative comments i would keep looking. i never believed an animal clinic would put taking your money over ensuring care and comfort is givin to the lil' hearts of these precious furbies. Until this clinic and some of their staff. The snickering and giggling at their discomfort is inhumane.
