I will not go back I have been going to this store for thirteen years, but today I was treated in such a rude and dismissive way that I will not go back. It's unfortunate because I have to drive past nearly every day. But I will drive past and buy my pet supplies elsewhere from now on. It's too bad, because I like the store, but I will not give my business to someone who treats me poorly, especially after I have been a customer for so long.
I agree with Jamie L What rude service! I will never go back to this store again, which is a shame because they carry good products and I would like to support the locals, but Petco is bringing in good pet food like Solid Gold and Wellness, so there really is no point in paying the higher prices for rude service.
Healthy Pet is unfair to customers. I will not go back. I will never go back to this store either. I am glad other people have given them a bad review as well. They treated me unfairly. I bought something there on clearance that turned out to be faulty as well as dangerous to my cat and they wouldn't take it back.
Healthy Pet is amazing! I Love this place! I have been going here since I was very little and its my favorite pet store the owner and the service is great! You should think about this store before any other.
very unknowledgeable and easily confused I don't know if it is the owner, or a manager, but wow, she really is loud and talks very inappropriately while there are customers in the store. I was in there with 2 other customers and she was talking very rudely about another customer, which made us both very uncomfortable. Everyone working there seems to be lacking brain cells. Love Healthy Pet The employees at Health Pet are wonderful, they all seem to know about their food and supplements. I also love how they give the truth about products. I noticed bad reviews and they mostly seem to be about the product which is not having to do with Healthy Pet. THEY DO NOT MAKE THE PRODUCTS! As far as food increases they have been going up everywhere and I have noticed that their prices are very competative. I will continue to go there as I always have.
Fleeced in Lake Oswego! I have been a customer of Healthy Pet for years. The staff is usually curteous... they have a nice selection and its closeby. I have noticed through the years that they price their items higher...but recently I went in to buy my dogs favorite treat by Smokehouse and saw a dramatic $2 increase. I was told rudely that it wasn't their fault... that it resulted from the manufacturer. A Smokehouse representative just stated to me, that this was not true and they did not increase their prices. I don't know what you guys are talking about After reading the reviews, I was looking forward to going into the store, only to be severly disappointed. After being treated terribly rudely because I asked if they had a certain food, which they didn't, the snobby woman gave me only one word answers for every other question I asked and acted like she was annoyed that I was even in her presence. A Good variety of pet stuff Lots of different brands of food including some of the great natural products that are harder to fine. Nice selection of toys for dogs and cats. Avain products also available as well as outdoor bird seeds.
