I worked with Tanya for my postpartum recovery, and it was a fantastic experience! She gave me the confidence to start exercising and properly train my muscles using techniques that protect the core and pelvis. Tanya was precise in identifying areas of tension in my body, providing targeted massages and introducing effective tools I could use at home to release tension. Tanya had me walking again after excruciating hip and back pain in my third trimester left me crawling up the stairs at night. The treatments had tremendous immediate impact and felt great too. I feel ready to take on birth next and am looking forward to more sessions. Thank you!
Working with Tanya at Healthy Pelvis has been nothing short of magical! I went to Tanya at 8 weeks postpartum and within minutes of meeting her, she had diagnosed my pelvic floor issues. Tanya is very thorough, gentle and the best part? She suggests interventions that fit in with your lifestyle and are doable. I have recommended her to every pp mom I know. I feel so lucky to have found her and in a few short weeks (currently 14 weeks postpartum), I feel a world of difference in my strength, core and energy. Thank you for all... read more
Sonia is such a supportive physical therapist. I have been able to make great improvements with her expertise and guidance. I appreciate that she sets goals that are both productive and realistic. But more than that, she takes the time to explain the physiological issues at hand and how the assigned exercises will change and benefit one’s body.
