Holly is my baby (picture below) I wanted to get a 2nd opinion on her health as we currently have Banfield insurance and I just feel like she's being fast-fooded through her exams and treatments. I found this very clean nice hospital on yelp and scheduled a wellness physical. **** - for the check in process, took a little longer than I expected but not brutal. ***** - for the staff, all smiles, super nice and spoke professionally. I can’t say enough about how excellent Dr. Suh and her entire staff are. For my boy Leo’s later years in life, they went above and beyond to give us as much time as we could have with our Golden. Highly recommend for top notch care and genuinely excellent people.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PER THERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING LIED TO AND ROBBED! Here is your warning. I went there on 6/9/25 with a form I needed filled out stating she was fully vaccinated and that they examined her and was of good temperament. They charged me for the vaccines and then said I needed to pay for an examination in order for them to fill out the form. I found that to be fair and understandable, and I agreed to the examination afterwards they refused to sign it because she was scared of t... read more
