Incredibly easy company to work with. They’ve been absolute lifesavers for our dog. Their reimbursement and coverage process is smooth, fast, and hassle-free—I honestly wish more companies (even outside the pet world) operated this efficiently.

Healthy paws has been phenomenal! I have two dogs- one with a lot of medical expenses over the years and healthy paws insurance has made paying medical bills possible and I would be lost without this insurance! They are responsive, the process for submitting claims is extremely quick and easy, and I’m reimbursed so quickly- sometimes within a day!

This is the 2nd fairly large claim we've had, and once all the documentation was received, the claim review and reimbursement was quick. I would say that uploading claims could be better explained. I emailed two attachments from two different vet hospitals but were for the same pet and condition. If I hadn't called, I would not have known that they needed to be sent in separate emails.
