Very disappointed. Was looking froward to creating a new relationship with a vet. The scheduling system is terrible, the customer service is even worse. There's no trying to work with you. Terrible communication that can only leads to upsetting a customer. I do not recommend this at all. Maybe the doctor is great but good luck in getting an appointment without getting upset. There's other vets way more accommodating. If thisis to get an appointment, Im sure to get medicine and the rght service wullbe even more of a problem. ... read more
The vet and tech were very patient with my 110 lbs. lab. It was a very positive experience. I was definitely pleased with their service.
