I personally knew the owner of this store and rented a room from her in her own home with my own three cats when I was down on my luck. Her own home is not run much differently than her shelter, all three of my cats were constantly catching things she brought home and were constantly dismissed as “stress” because of how I was living, despite my room being cleaner and more well maintained than her entire house. I recently adopted a cat she literally gave me everything I needed I needed the best cat for my 1 year old and she cannot be more spot on with how loving and calm my our new fury guy was I have an amazing new family member she gave me lots of amazing healthy food and even hooked it up with an amazing carrier that looks like a backpack for free. She is truly a guardian angel for cats
This store is a bit unorganized, it was my first time in and they were unfortunately more unwelcoming than I would’ve expected :(
Dawn was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding cat food/care. Will be back!
