Receptionists were cordial and professional. Dr Fleischner was accommodating in listening to my health concerns with positive care options and medications recommended to treat my anxiety.
One positive is that my parents liked Sophia. However, the office called my parents today to tell them that their appointments next week were cancelled and they were basically told to find a new doctor as well because, as of November 1st, they can only accept Medicare clients. I want to emphasize that it is currently October 29th. As a healthcare provider you have ethical responsibilities to provide adequate notice (which is more like a month, not a week) and to at least provide referrals to different doctors. Xxxxxx xxxxx prescribed me Paxil with no refills then healthy partners goes bankrupt (too bad if not i could lawyer up) and no one can get the office in royal palm on the god damn phone. My pharmacy can’t get any response. I’m on day 5 of withdrawals from a medicine that is very important not to stop cold turkey. Not even the answering service can reach xxxxxx xxxxxx.
