Whoever is the receptionist on Fridays around lunch needs to be coached on professionalism and how to de-escalate a conversation. I’m a young soon to be mom needing help to get a referral to see a good obstetrician. After several phone calls with my insurance and the obstetrician, both are saying the issue lies with the primary care office. Staff and professionals are consistently effective and respectful. Dr. Maynard is knowledgeable, patient, warm and interested. This office provides a good pcp experience.
