Lack attention to detail to patients. Fail to callback and do not send referrals on it. Doctors are good but office workers suck

Julia Rodriguez is a very profesional knowledgable and helpful. The level of service at Cannon Health Center in Pompano is excellent.
This place is an absolute disaster. Healthy Partners is the most disorganized, unprofessional doctor's office I've ever dealth with. I was told by one staff memeber that I had an appointment, only to be told by another that I ddin't. I showed up early, was the first patient there, and still waited over an hour and a half just to be told I supposedly didn't have an appointment. The staff clearly has no communication, and the entire office is just chaotic - doctors rushing around like they're lost, and no one knows what's goin... read more
