This place is an absolute disaster. Healthy Partners is the most disorganized, unprofessional doctor's office I've ever dealth with. I was told by one staff memeber that I had an appointment, only to be told by another that I ddin't. I showed up early, was the first patient there, and still waited over an hour and a half just to be told I supposedly didn't have an appointment. The office staff has been so incompetent lately. The referral person quit and nobody in the office can do referrals or basically anything. It's sad really because I love the Drs but cannot deal with lengthy car rides to an appt only to find out my dr.did not send the referral after someone from the office promised me. The "manager ' is never in. I've just had it with them. Too much drama for me.

I love Dr. Gill Fernando. He is fabulous. The reason I am giving it a 4. He takes time to listen and explain. However, the politics that run this office from afar leave much to be desired. They have been cut off by BCBS Insurance and they will not even let me pay out of pocket to still come. It is like they have a hidden agenda of sorts to weed out certain people and want to be a "clinic" of sorts. Shady is what the higher ups of Healthy Partners are.
