Ever since my doctor left this practice, the business/financial transactions have been horrible. I visited last year in July (7/2022). A few months after that I got a bill for my co-pay. THE COPAY WAS COLLECTED PRIOR TO SEEING THE NURSE PRACTITIONER. I spoke with the THEN, OFFICE MANAGER, Benedict, showed her a copy of my bank statement showing the payment made to CANO HEALTH (which HEALTHY PARTNERS is a part of).
