It's been bad for the past 9 to 13 months. They don't pick up phones and then the call gets transferred to a call center. It was good when the staff used to hear your concerns and talk to patients. Now you get transferred to a call center thado t know you from Adam
Super staff, Dr. Arabaje is amazing. The most professional doctor I have ever seen. The entire office will make you feel like family. Highly recommend
