The office is great , brittany the MA is the best amd actually make things better , also the front desk but the phone service is HORRIBLE, as a patient this is a big issue . Fix it
In the last 5 months my life has changed thanks to Dr. Arbaje and his team. The current team is the dream team!!! The only thing I would change is having the staff in the office answer the income calls as I had to wait 40+ minutes with the call center. I would recommend this office to my friends and family! Very happy hear!
It's been bad for the past 9 to 13 months. They don't pick up phones and then the call gets transferred to a call center. It was good when the staff used to hear your concerns and talk to patients. Now you get transferred to a call center thado t know you from Adam
This doctor’s office has been an extremely disappointing experience. It feels like the only thing they truly care about is getting money from patients rather than actually helping them. I have expressed serious concerns multiple times regarding my father’s health and care, yet nobody seemed willing to listen or help.
