I recently had a horrible experience with the front desk staff at this office. While calling for a refill on my prescriptions, I was informed that I needed to see the doctor. Unfortunately I am out of town for the holidays and can not see the doctor until I get back. While I am fully aware that I have not seen the doctor in a while, I have been going to this office for over 20 yrs and have had the same prescriptions. Very friendly staff, very helpful, especially with referrals.
I have been going to them for the past 2 years and so far, I have been treated well. The front desk staff is overall friendly, but there are times I witness their frustration with some customers.
