Excellent Doctor. Horrible staff i don't have anything nice to say about there Staff an the people that take the phone calls in their office. Teach your're staff how to take phone calls tell them they do not need to be rude & petty. Not only were they rude one occasion they were rude on several occasions. If you look at the reviews you will see how petty there staff is.Telling the doctor doesn't help she just acts like she has no control over anyone there.
I've been seeing Dr. Cohen back when she was doing her residency at St Josephs Hospital. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Cohen and have the most respect and confidence in her. The office has NEVER been an issue at any time. All staff and NP's have been wonderful. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a wonderful practice for their medical needs. As for those who are complaining. I guess you cant please everyone. Someone always has to complain about something I guess.
I have been Dr. Cohen’s patient for over a decade. She genuinely cares about her patients, and her compassion is evident at every visit. I am very pleased to be under her care and appreciate the support she has provided in helping me maintain my health. I selected four stars due to my experience with NP Jennifer’s bedside manner. As someone who also works in the healthcare field, my interaction with her felt unpleasant and did not meet my expectations for patient communication. Unprofessional and judgmental receptionist, not wanting to help at all, save yourself some time and go elsewhere
Dr. Cohen is great but I never get to see her. The staff is good. Jennifer (nurse practitioner?) is absolutely awful. Terrible bedside manner. Rude, sarcastic, condescending, abrupt…clearly needs a damn day off!
