I've been seeing Dr. Cohen back when she was doing her residency at St Josephs Hospital. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Cohen and have the most respect and confidence in her. The office has NEVER been an issue at any time. All staff and NP's have been wonderful. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a wonderful practice for their medical needs. As for those who are complaining. I guess you cant please everyone. Someone always has to complain about something I guess.
I have been Dr. Cohen’s patient for over a decade. She genuinely cares about her patients, and her compassion is evident at every visit. I am very pleased to be under her care and appreciate the support she has provided in helping me maintain my health. I selected four stars due to my experience with NP Jennifer’s bedside manner. Unprofessional and judgmental receptionist, not wanting to help at all, save yourself some time and go elsewhere
Dr. Cohen is great but I never get to see her. The staff is good. Jennifer (nurse practitioner?) is absolutely awful. Terrible bedside manner. Rude, sarcastic, condescending, abrupt…clearly needs a damn day off!
If I could put zero on the stars I would! Called for a new patient appointment for a friend and he happens to have allot of medical issues, was turned away stating none of the doctors were equipped to handle seeing him( talk about incompetent) also said that our drive might be too much, which is our gas and time not theirs. Would not recommend at all. Why have a doc office if you’re just going to neglect your duties as being doctors. Ridiculous!!
