I had the pleasure of being trained by Chelsie at her home gym studio given the times with Covid and lockdowns/stay at home orders; she provided options to ensure I was getting the most out of my personal training sessions in studio or at your own home. The best decision I have ever made! After following HOW on instagram for years, I finally bit the bullet and joined the team training, and I'm so glad I did! Chelsie's workouts will kick your butt, but thats where the obsession starts. She also made sure everyone was practicing social distancing the whole time. HIGHLY recommended! :)
I have done personal training, team training, and now online workouts, and all of them have been awesome! Chelsie is a knowledgeable trainer who provides effective workouts and exercises, that are still fun and enjoyable :) Her classes are great, and you'll feel the burn, but they seem to go by quickly (which is what you want for 60 min!). I met Chelsie about 10 years ago when I started training with her. When I first met her I had a lot of self esteem issues and not only did she help me through this with exercise, but also by being someone to talk to and always encouraging me. She wants nothing but the best for her clients and has actually become a friend. I am beyond happy with not only the physical results I have achieved with her help but also the results it has had on my mental health.
