My husband and I hired Isreal to remove our tree in the front of the house, and then ended up adding the trees in the back, as they were falling down. Isreal was great with communication. We weren't in any hurry to get the job done, and were very clear with him that we didn't have a timeline, so it took awhile, but that's because he was fitting us in, in-between other jobs. My experience in dealing with Israel has been the utmost worst. I hired him to remove some trees and bushes around the house back in April and it just turned out to be a nightmare dealing with him. Not only is Israel very unresponsive, but he is extremely unprofessional for leaving the job hanging for months on end. Right from the beginning there were bad signs, the job was initially scheduled to start on Friday, but it got pushed to the following week because of “issues” on their end. I called him with questions about my oak trees, he picked up on the first ring, answered my questions and has a line I can text him photos. This is a great operation.

Israel took advantage of my elderly grandmother! He quoted $875 for a service and when it came time to pay he hovered over her in her kitchen and TOLD her she owed him $6,100!!! He didn’t even complete the work she paid for. He didn’t provide a statement of service, still won’t give us one, and the address he has for his company is a lie. I wouldn’t be surprised if he does this to other elderly people who don’t have access to Internet to post the truth! Or maybe his company is a lie and he’s evading taxes!
