Best move of my life, and I'm not just talking about moving to the country! Zumba Gold is amazing and it's all about the instructor! Lena is a spunky, upbeat, lady who makes you, I will say it again, makes you, enjoy your workout. Even on my worst day I leave feeling on top of the world! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to bring back the pep in their step, and the yes into their day!! Love me some Lena and Zumba Gold!!
