Trixie is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and informative. She thoroughly explained everything and answered all of my questions, not just the ones about the advanced pedicure I received.

The best pedicure I’ve ever had. This is not your typical nail salon experience. Trixie took her time to educate me on how to properly care for my feet. She explains the purpose of every product she uses and how I can use them at home. Her salon is clean and private. I definitely recommend her if you feel like you need special attention with your nails that a basic salon will not provide. Trixie’s the best hands down. Update: 2025 - Trixie is still the best. Wow! Just WOW! Trixie is a true professional. She teaches you as she works, taking the time to explain everything. I drove 3 hours for the appointment and have no regrets. My feet look and feel fabulous, and I now have a short daily routine to keep it up myself. I will definitely be returning and encourage anyone who has doubts to go for it. Trixie is worth every penny.

If I could give Bad Kitti Claws 10 stars I would! The salon itself is clean, bright and inviting. I felt comfortable with Trixie from the moment I walked in the door. She's extremely knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing and what every tool was for. I felt 100% comfortable with her every step of the way. I got a Mani/Pedi and am so happy with how my nails turned out. I will absolutely be back and I can't wait to see her again!
