We called and spoke to the owner who scheduled us a couples counseling session with Marie. We waited 2 weeks for our highly anticipated appointment for support. On the day of the appointment, we arrived to the studio on time, and waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. No one contacted us to cancel, reschedule, anything; didn’t even answer the phone or call us back. For a place that is supposed to offer support and therapy, they caused more anxiety and frustration by just ghosting us.
I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the excellent care provided by my Therapist. Her warmth, empathy, and professionalism have truly made a positive impact on my life.Her empathetic nature allowed me to open up and discuss my concerns without hesitation, knowing that I was being heard and understood. The Mindfulness and welcoming nature of each doctor that works at the center along with the genuine passion you can feel from each person that works in the office is something of a rarity. Everyone that works here will work extremely hard to not only make sure you get the proper treatment but also are comfortable through the entire process
