Disgraceful experience.
After struggling with my mental health for three years, with no progress, I attended this service. I felt heard, understood and cared about. Not just my current issue, of not being able to function for three years, but my whole history was visited. I was given timely appointments while my psychiatrist assisted me to get off medication that was more harmful than helpful while replacing it,gradually with a different medication.
