I still mention Katie to people even though its been a few years since she was my therapist. Ive seen many different people and Katie was the best by far. She has such a way of making her clients comfortable and feel welcomed. She keeps professionalism while still making you feel like you're human. 10/10 would recommend her. I lived in muskegon and would travel the 30+ minutes

I absolutely love seeing Anna at Healthy Minds! Just a couple sessions in and we have made great progress. EMDR and Brain spotting are amazing and effective techniques. Amazing staff with a peaceful environment, I love forward to continuing healing with their help for a long time.
