Had a telehealth appt scheduled at 5pm on a Friday. Received 2 confirmation texts as well as a phone call an hour before my appt. Waited 20 min and the doctor never joined. Never received any cancellation or notice of running behind. The office was closed and I could not get a hold of anyone. Called during business hours and still unable to get ahold of anyone. Horribly unprofessional, especially for a mental health appointment.
I met with Regina Peacock on December 13, 2024 to address my obsessive compulsive disorder. Within 10 minutes of meeting with me and a personal phone call she took, she proceeded to tell me I did not have OCD even though I have been diagnosed by different providers, and a highly regarded OCD Researcher/Doctor in the field, and have been dealing with this condition for years. The office is very beautiful and relaxing. Definitely a great, professional atmosphere. Customer service was top notch. My therapy session revealed a lot of what I needed to work on so I will definitely be back for regular sessions. Be ready to learn. Dr. Peacock really taps into your mental and emotional state!
