Great Potential, Would Love to See More Variety I really like the concept behind Healthy Meals Direct and the convenience of having ready-to-go, portion-controlled meals available locally. Love the Massapequa location. I Stop by all the time. This time I was taking my 8 year old nephew upstate for some fly fishing again. Of course all he wanted was HMD meals all weekend again! Can’t go wrong with these meals ! Outstanding! Even without a microwave, we got them hot and delicious!

I love this place! I get my dinners for the week here and prices are amazing! Takes the guess work out of the macros and helps me reach my protein goals!!
