The food here is great always tastes good and I always feel full with no food coma either and it still fits in my diet. Whoever is behind the register is always welcoming and helping me pick out whatever I need.

I’m very satisfied with HMD meals. I have been using them for the past two months trying to clean up my diet and eating habits and the results have been amazing. I went from 215lbs to 201lbs. I leaned out a lot and held onto my muscle. Which has been an elusive goal for me over the years. HMD meals also have helped curb my spending on eating out and eating other unhealthy options when not cooking at home. All in all I highly recommend using them for your meal needs.

I started Noom in January. 5-7 and 150lbs. 3 months and I’m down to 139. I use HMD for meals in between when I cook. It’s so worth it to plan ahead and save on the packages. You don’t have to freeze the meals because they last in the fridge for weeks. I’m doing a calorie deficit which can be tough but after a meal from HMD I’m not hungry at all. Amazing customer service from all the staff at HMD! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and makes the experience easy. And when Kelly, the General Manager, is there, it really adds to it, she goes above and beyond for customers. The food is fresh, tasty, and super convenient. Highly recommend!!
