Got hard upsold on a longer massage. I was initially fine with this since they were offering a discount deal. But then was hard pressured to give a higher tip. I gave 20% and they pestered for 35%. Acquiesced but if this was going to be the case why offer the discount at all? Additionally, the masseuse left several times to talk to other clients who came in, and one time to argue with another employee about scheduling. They ended the massage 10 minutes early as well. Easily one of the best massages I have ever had.
I love this place and return frequently. They aren't rigorous in scheduling which was a little off-putting the first time I was there, but now I just accept that it is part of everything being no stress. The massage is always excellent (very strong) and I leave feeling relaxed.
This massage is tailor made for me. I've been a regular for over a year and am trying to be better about leaving reviews which I rely on myself to find new places. I included things I love, and things that you may need to look elsewhere for.
