Waiting all day to come see the doctor, and get a call 2 hours prior to my appointment only for someone to tell me the doctor is gone Unprofessional to say the least. Would not recommend
Dr. Mandalapu and her assistant Betty are HANDS DOWN, THE BEST! Betty was so nice and personable! She treated us so kindly and made us feel very comfortable. Dr. Mandalapu spent well over an hour with us! She was thorough, thoughtful, informative, knowledgeable, genuine, and treated us like we mattered! She went above and beyond for us and anyone who has been to a doctor's office knows how rare that is. We weren't waiting an abnormally long time to be called back or to be seen by the doctor.
