It's the front office, not necessarily the medical staff, that do not meet my (rather low) expectations. Free (at least zero out of pocket) ends up being too high of a cost for me. Ultimately, I felt like they took advantage of my needs for their own gains without providing anything but poorly targeted suggestions in return. Proverbs 14:23 comes to mind (In all labor their is profit, but talketh of the lips tendeth only to penury). Amen.
Such kind and patient staff. Got me an appointment within 2 weeks as a new patient.
I have had great experiences at healthy living, particularly with Rozina Omidi. She is kind, extremely knowledgeable, and so thorough. I feel like I’m in great hands with her. The front desk staff are super friendly and I’m able to get scheduled quickly when needed. Overall I’m very happy with Healthy Living.
Extremely disappointed with the front office at Healthy Living Primary Care in Fair Oaks. It’s nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone—calls go unanswered, and voicemails are rarely, if ever, returned. I have had a lot of different doctors and physician groups in my years and none are like HEALTHY LIVING PRIMARY CARE.Ian so impressed by the quality and thoroughness of the staff. I have primarily see Rozina Omidi aNurse Practitioner. She is one of the best I have ever seen. She goes the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of.
