I have had great experiences at healthy living, particularly with Rozina Omidi. She is kind, extremely knowledgeable, and so thorough. I feel like I’m in great hands with her. The front desk staff are super friendly and I’m able to get scheduled quickly when needed. Overall I’m very happy with Healthy Living.
Extremely disappointed with the front office at Healthy Living Primary Care in Fair Oaks. It’s nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone—calls go unanswered, and voicemails are rarely, if ever, returned. I have had a lot of different doctors and physician groups in my years and none are like HEALTHY LIVING PRIMARY CARE.Ian so impressed by the quality and thoroughness of the staff. If you are looking to fulfill your long time American Dream of being fully insured but yet receiving the worst healthcare experience possible, look no further. The office staff hates interacting with patients, which is awesome. Good luck reaching anyone on the phone. I was recently turned away from an appointment because I was 10 minutes late. Being late was my fault so I understand that but I had a serious injury and I just needed the doctor to refer me to a specialist and schedule an MRI for me to get the treatment process started. There was zero consideration for my condition. So I found another clinic that saw me the very next day, they got me an emergency MRI a day later and have treated me completely differently.
