Couldn’t get refills on my meds that I use for over 10 years. They wanted me to come to office to get refills. Ridiculous. Probably looking to send more bills to insurance. Time wasting. Go to some other clinic.
It's the front office, not necessarily the medical staff, that do not meet my (rather low) expectations. Free (at least zero out of pocket) ends up being too high of a cost for me. Ultimately, I felt like they took advantage of my needs for their own gains without providing anything but poorly targeted suggestions in return. Proverbs 14:23 comes to mind (In all labor their is profit, but talketh of the lips tendeth only to penury). Amen.
Such kind and patient staff. Got me an appointment within 2 weeks as a new patient.
