Wouldn’t even pick up the phone.
I get great treatment when I am seen. Make an appointment! They will close the office early if they don't have patients. I would not recommend walk-ins. I wish I could get more timely call backs. When calling expect to leave a message. Rarely get a person to answer. I like all the providers but it is frustrating when you get get an answer by phone.
Don't come here, do yourself a favor and find another office. The reception staff is a revolving door and improperly trained. They will literally forget about your appointment and close early for the day with no notification. It takes weeks or even months to even receive the results of your diagnostics. The doctor will not follow up with you. Honestly you're better off going to a Pharmacy for your health needs.
I started out with Dr. Arias in 2014! This clinic uses to be so caring and understanding and very family oriented ! Now I can barely get a called back , yesterday I was placed on hold for hours, and never returned back to the call! One of their MA’s even got very rude with me for asking about a prior authorization, which they’re not trying to help me resolve! Llegamos a las 11:30am y teníamos la cita a las 12m y a las 12:45pm, Tuvimos esperándo mas de 2hrs para que atendieran a mi bebé de 3 años y a mi papá y después de la larga espera pregunte que estaba pasando ya que mi bebe estaba fastidiado y tenía hambre y la respuesta del Dr. Arias y la secretaria fue que tenía que seguir esperando porque tenía otro paciente más que atender y que en 10 a 20 minutos más me atenderían .
