Waited nearly 2.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time and ended up walking out without being seen. The person I was scheduled to see was actually off that day, and they neglected to call me to notify me or have me reschedule. Instead, they waited until I got there (an hour drive) to tell me I would have to wait a while and see someone else instead.
