I don't remember the name of my therapist, however I give her 5 stars. I received a deep tissue massage. Felt amazing! She stayed late so that I could go in after my work and the massage was well over an hour. (I payed for an hour.) She took the time to give me the full experience and explain to me what she was noticing about my muscles. Very kind and professional. I will be going back.
I have heard many positive things about Karen. I made the mistake when scheduling not to request her. I took my infant for a cranial fascia massage. The ladies (neither were Karen) who worked with him seemed to know what they were doing. However, it was not a good experience. They lacked basic professional skills.
