I was initially unsure what kinesiology was all about but wanted to give it a go when my chiropractor recommended seeing Kylie. I’d had recurring back pain and was willing to try anything. Love visiting with Kylie at Healthy Kinect as it is always relaxing and peaceful. My experience with the ‘Genie’ biofeedback system was extremely relaxing and worthwhile. I had the best sleep after that appointment and immediately the tension in my neck and shoulders had disappeared. Would definitely do it again.
