I scheduled a visit with Sylvia Ruetz, PT at Healthy Image Physical Therapy and received outstanding treatment for my right knee which had been bothering me for many years due to cartilage degeneration between my knee joint. When I first saw her I could barely walk and was in so much pain that I had to limit my physical activities and wear a knee brace almost all the time. Sylvia was wonderful, she knew what exercises would help me get stronger, more stable, and what to do to try to relieve my calf and hip pain in the morning. I’m so much better than when I first started with her.
Sylvia Ruetz Is an amazing and caring physical therapist. I have had the opportunity to work with Sylvia for more than 15 years as I tend to be accident prone and aging. Sylvia has greatly helped me get my strength back after back surgery. She is very good explaining to you why and how you should do your exercises. I’m not one that likes to exercise, however she has shown me how necessary it is to keep up a good plan of exercise daily.
