Lyza was very helpful and willing to listen. She took her time reviewing all the medications and at the same time did amazing job answering all of our questions. Shelby was so helpful and kind. She's always treat us with kindness. It was always best experience with this office.
When I first walked in, the front desk person didn't even know I was there. He was playing on his phone and only realized I was there when he looked up and I was standing at the front desk window.However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Secondly, I have been unable to contact the office/clinic directly. You call and are directed to a "person" who answers for 2 or 3 different clinics in different states.
