This company was hired at my Mothers home by First Energy as a requirement for their WARM energy program. During their initial inspection they determined that they could save her money by insulating her attic, which required completely emptying the contents, not a small feet on our part. Instead they showed up and bullied my Mom into insulating her attached garage - and in turn insulated over badly damaged floor joists that we were not aware of at the time. The team was very professional, easy to talk to, and respected our home. They made sure to clean up after themselves which I appreciated. They informed us about each step they made during the process. They answered any questions we had. Definitely very satisfied and appreciated their hard work!
This company is contracted through the PA WARM Program. They are supposed to evaluate electric usage and offer updated energy saving appliances. What a JOKE! They did not even check the wattage use of ANY appliance… ignored the A/C unit. Left lights on, unplugged appliances, and adjusted my gas hot water tank. They did not even check for a smoke detector as stated in the email! I can create problems on my own… I do NOT need their help!
Weathering our home 4 man team - 4 day project They came out and blew insulation into our walls, insulated the furnace ducts and hot water lines. They were always on time, very professional, polite, and informative of what and how they were going to accomplish the job. The teams gave an honest days work like people used to do. I will definitely have them at the top of my list if I need more work completed. TY
