Home 365 property management is horrible the lack of communication is what gets me. When things go wrong you have to go to a portal record what's wrong upload it and wait 2 weeks to one month if not longer for someone to fix your stuff. Please I beg you do not go through home 365 property management for a house.
I have been reading all the reviews. They center around the great presentation, dinner and employees. I absolutely agree here. PLEASE, I need to hear from honest people that the foil insulation has reduced their energy bill at least 30-40%. I feel like I have gone in debt and purchased very expensive snake oil. My AC has kicked on about every thirty minutes even tho' today is a cooler Florida day. My heart is so heavy that this is a tremendous mistake. IF it does work I will update this.
