Home 365 property management is horrible the lack of communication is what gets me. When things go wrong you have to go to a portal record what's wrong upload it and wait 2 weeks to one month if not longer for someone to fix your stuff. Please I beg you do not go through home 365 property management for a house.
I have been reading all the reviews. They center around the great presentation, dinner and employees. I absolutely agree here. PLEASE, I need to hear from honest people that the foil insulation has reduced their energy bill at least 30-40%. I feel like I have gone in debt and purchased very expensive snake oil. My AC has kicked on about every thirty minutes even tho' today is a cooler Florida day. My heart is so heavy that this is a tremendous mistake. IF it does work I will update this. Scam. Got the hole package made no difference in my power bill . Don't know how they have a 5 star rating with BBB

Waste of money we haven't had reduction in our electricity bill. W. Grant hasn't responded to our emails that we have sent asking for an explanation. Items emailed to Grant were; itemized comparison electricity bills for 2019 and 2020. Two solar fans and film were installed on our home in 2019, there was enough time to compare bills. Grant stated he had a family matter, so we have been waiting but there has been no response.

We love Healthy Home 365 products and we have been using them for years. It's one of the best decisions we have made. Matthew Traylor was able to figure out what we needed most in our new house and got us the best deal. Cole and Ryan drove down from Dallas to do my install and hit the ground running. They had my 2 systems installed in no time. A big Texas size Thank You to all 3 gentlemen!

On 07/29/2020. I had 3 Attic fans installed on my homes and the customer service is AAA+++. They kept me informed of time of arrival and service changes if need. They cleaned up after themselves and are very professional at their job. Over the years I had many professional come to installed, many different upgrade to the house and by far the Healthy Homes 365 Pro are the best. I recommend the Excellent customer service, Professional installation and their product. It's not going to be cheap, but for service they provide well... read more

They started work in Dec 2019 saying they would come back and finish up. Have not heard or seen anyone as of April 2020. Very disappointed.
