Nasty attitude and demeanor.
Steve was great to work with! He provided hearing testing and honest expert advice without any pressure to make a decision right away. He simply provides the information you need and the available options. In my case, my hearing loss is not quite at the point for hearing aids but I will be sure to return to Steve when the time comes!
