Have called MULTIPLE times in the last 2 weeks with no answer and decided to drive there and no one answered the door! The door it is locked during posted business hours of being open. Just wanted to but my daughter in law a gift certificate for Christmas! Oh well..... they lost my business!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE for sure
Horrible communication skills show up for my scheduled appointment time noone in the building didnt even show up after the well be back sign time.
I made an appt for a massage to help my sciatica problem. The morning of the massage, (appt was for 3 PM), I wasn't able to walk due to pain. I couldn't have climbed on the table for the massage so I cancelled my appt. They charged me $49.50 on my credit card because of the cancellation. I'm 76 years old and would have loved to have the massage. I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and I'LL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!! Etremely disappointed in this business. I’ve never written an negative review before, but after my experience, I feel like it’s appropriate. I bought a Groupon for two sessions of thermalift. I have already been here once before for my thermalift consultation where I filled out paperwork and gave them my personal information. I don’t live close to this business but I was super interested in giving this treatment a try.
